Beautiful I have a chrome version and loved it the first time turned it on. It is sturdy and looks like an high end product. It was really exceed my expectation. I bought this unit for the look purpose only therefore no comments on the heat feature since I never used it. |

Love the flame!! Very nice fireplace, I love the look of a real fire and the timer so I can set it and lay in bed and watch the flames. My only complaint is the heat comes out the top and it doesn't heat my bedroom as well as my last electric fireplace which sat on the floor and the heat came from the bottom. I use a heat deflector and that helps a bit |

Good service and more Beautiful stainless steel fireplace arrived quickly in perfect shape. Manual controls OK, but remote did not work. Within two days new remote received works as described. Very realistic flame, stunning. Quiet heat, too. |

Perfect I love this fire place I live in a small home and it makes it cozy and comforting. The controls to change the fire settings are a great touch. Puts out a good amount of heat. It's heavy and is a two person job to mount it to the wall but was easy. Great fireplace you will not go wrong getting this for any room in you home. |
