I was preeeeetttty hesitant to order a piece of furniture from a website. But after spending far too much time scoping out alternatives, I stumbled on 'Wayfair'. Wow. First of all, I couldn't believe that I found EXACTLY what I wanted - a filing cart with room for my printer - as if(!) Still, I really expected that when it arrived, the wood was going to be cheap-o, the drawer was going to be flimsy, etc. But I was desperate and decided to take a chance. First of all, the only 'assembly required' was screwing on the feet. So that was pretty great. But more than anything, I cannot say how totally pleasantly surprised I was that all my worries were unnecessary. This is a beautiful, solid piece of furniture. The drawer is completely stable. It takes your choice of letter or legal size files. And, not mentioned in the copy, there is a built in electrical socket in the back - room for three electrical plugs! This totally came in handy for me as I've put my iPod player on top and plugged both the player and printer into the built-in socket and only one cord going from file to wall. Nice! Other than that, I can pretty much only say great things about my entire shopping experience - [...] ONLY other things you should know:1.) Your printer can only be 10.5 inches tall (there's about 11.5 height...but there is a ledge in front, and you won't be able to maneuver anything taller past that ledge...I have two printers and my tall one would not go in.)2.) The 'feet' have built-in swivel extenders that let you adjust the height (i.e. each foot can be made taller or shorter) This is a fantastic feature because I live in a 100 year old building ...with very crooked floors. One of these was 'stuck' inside the foot. It took some effort (take a flat screw driver and push the swivel piece from all sides) but I did get it 'un-stuck'..."..." Read more
