Farberware's 10" fluted mold (sometimes called a bundt pan) has a tube in the center that brings heat to the center of the cake so that it browns in the same time as the outside of the cake. The nonstick surface helps you remove the cake from the pan without damaging it and makes cleanup easy. Most commonly used for favorites such as coffeecake or pound cake, it's fluted sides give the cake a distinctive look.

Wonderful results,cake floats right out!

This is a wonderful cake pan. The cake floats right out when done, and it makes a beautiful golden brown crust. I would highly recommend this pan to anyone who wants beautiful results when baking. I like it for Pound cake and am very pleased with the ease of baking and cleaning. I have worked my way through a few of these, and this one is the best! Bought one for my Mom, too! Best of all....NO Aluminum, it is stainless steel!
