It has a perfect size flat bottom area and the sloped sides makes it effortless to slide the cooked food out. Nothing spills over the side (unless you try) when you turn or stir and of course the non-stick finish if taken care of will last years. It heats evenly. I was very pleasantly surprised. Buy this. Nothing fancy, but something that was non-stick and would last a few years. Well I found it! I love how big this is. It heats quickly, cooks beautifully and cleans so easily!
