pots are chipping and burning off the bo I received the Millenium Cookware for Christmas. As soon as I started using it the back circle on the bottom of the pots started burning off on my gas stove top. Then the paint has started chipping off. I was very disappointed. The teflon coating in the post still seem to be fine and i continue to use them. I had tossed all my other pots and pans that I'd had for 20 years. Just wanted someone to know about this chipping and peeling on the bottom of your products. |

My second set of Millenium cookware.... Product Review I am not easy on my pots and pans. I use them with little regard or care. This set is as well coated as the ten year old first set, two pieces of which lasted only those ten years. The rest of that set is still near perfect. The handles of this set are not as well constructed for hanging but feel better in the hand. The walls of the pots are thinner by a fraction which I don't find a plus but many might. I find the lid handles deeper which again is not a plus for me but allows extra space for oven mits and the like. I've never found the lids so warm as to need that extra space. The lids fit well but loosely enough that a rolling boil will vent on its own. I really loved my old set and wished to duplicate it. I am getting used to the changes with this new set and think I will come to love it as much. The three quart fryer is particularly nice for size. I wish there were lids that fit the saute pans if for no other reason than keeping the contents warm while the rest of a meal come together. If you like coated cookware, this set should make please you well. Service Review Delivery was in four days from ordering in a well packed carton. Lifetime warrantee paper work was enclosed. I can't imagine needing to use it. |

Ten years and counting I am hard on pots and pans. I do not ever use special utensils. My set has lasted ten years plus but it's time to get some replacements since four of the pans are showing a little wear. I don't think that a better set of cookware can be found in this medium price range–– and I've looked. I wanted to get only the four pots that are no longer pristine but I can't find them in open stock. I do love these pans! |
