Stacey from Chicago, Il	4.0 8/4/2011 Great coffee, stains easily No drip coffee maker can beat the taste of percolated coffee. Great tasting coffee but the pot stains horribly. If you like a spotless pot and don't care about the benefits of a seasoned coffee pot use: 1 part baking soda to 4 parts water, percolate for a few minutes, wipe clean (you will be amazed how easily the stains come out)wash all parts with soap and percolate once more using only water to ensure you get rid of the baking soda and any remaining coffee residue.
