Hot stuff in the kitchen
Roy Whitaker from Delaware
After switching closer to a cave man diet, particularly no gluten and no dairy, and losing an incredible amount of weight we were looking for a faster way to cook our favorite foods. Just yesterday we cooked about 4 pounds of pork baby back ribs and pork cutlets in 11 minutes. Then I marinatedgrilled them to glaze them up. What a delicitious meal in a fraction of the time. I highly recommend anyone wanting to cook faster and with less energy to investigate this unit. I am also extremely impressed with the quality of this Fagor unit. The stainless steel is excellent quality, and the design with basically a triple safety should be safe and trouble free for years to come.
Cannot go wrong with Fagor

Why Quality, performance, convenience, price, warranty... I am more than happy with this set. Interchanging pressurenormal lids between a bigger and a smaller pot is such a great idea that I wonder how it is not being done by all manufacturers. The pasta insert is a nice touch, its base will only touch the pot in 4 points so it allows the liquid to flow underneath. It also includes a metal hook to remove the basket easily once the food is ready.
Has been the best through years of cooking

I actually bought this Fagor set quite some time ago, and have used it hundreds of times since. It works perfectly, and is very reliable when it comes to timed cooking. I would recommend this set to anyone looking for a truly pro level pressure cooker set.

Not a space hog. The 1 pressure setting is perfect. Chicken stock now only takes 50 min versus 6 hours. Gasket seal is well made- easy to remove to clean. 4qt is perfect for meals for 2. Many dont have a steamer basket included.

This Fagor set is a good value. Not "cheap junk", but not outrageously expensive either. The bottoms are heavy-duty and work very well on my electric stove. I do what the book recommends, and start on one burner set at "high" and then move to a second burner pre-warmed to "medium", and that works great. The stainless-steel cleans up very nicely, but per-recommendation, I wash by hand.

I was looking for a while for a good pressure cooker recommendation from Modernist Cusine at Home helped me to decide. I am really happy with Fagor's product, inexpensive yet very reliable.
FAGOR PRESSURE COOKER

Very good product. I own this brand pressure cooker before. Two different sizes with the same lid makes sense, less cleaning. Free and fast delivery is always a plus.
Joseph from Sinnott
Have used it quite often. Risotto is now on the menu. Quick, good and no stirring. Great pot roasts and corned beef & cabbage. Pork and beans with real hunks of pork in it is an eye opener!
Fine Quality all Stainless Pot Set with Handy Vegetable Basket
D. Lewis from UT– Verified Buyer
Fine quality stainless steel pots with heavy bottoms for even cooking and less scorching. No aluminum inside pots-- all stainless. The two sizes of pots to choose from are great for cooking large or smaller quantities of food.
