i love this pressure cooker! We now eat so much healthier, making brown rice used to take impossibly long for our busy family, not any more. Making rissotto is a blast! The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that sometime the lid is a bit hard to close, i have to move the lid around and do some manipulation to make sure it clicks in to locked position.

This is a great product to make vegetarian meals quickly. Beans cook quickly and without becoming mushy and vegetables retain their color and texture. Brown rice cooks in half the time usually required. Again, the grains are separate and are cooked evenly- they do not disentegrate into paste! Product is easy to use and to clean.
