LOVE MY FAGOR DUO PRESSURE COOKER SET
Wesley from Loganville, GA – Verified Buyer
Had been wanting a new pressure cooker for sometime. Did extensive research on pressure cookers before I bought. Hands down, the Fagor was obvious. The duo 4/8 quart set was a no brainer. I'm a 54 year old long term dedicated bachelor that cooks at home 99% of the time. I cook and eat almost 100% organic and never eat out for the sake of remaining healthy. The Duo set with the 4 quart cooker gets used daily and has only heightened my since of healthy eating in a fraction of time. No aluminum pots or pans are allowed in my house. Stainless steel or cast iron only in my house. The stainless steel Duo set lives on my stove for safe and healthy meals in a fraction of the time. Burn down the house, but rescue my Fagor Duo Set above all things.
I LOVE it

I use it a lot. Great time saving product in t he kitchen - rice and potatoes done in a few minutes, meat is falling apart :) . LOVE it!!! Great quality product, easy to clean. HIGHLY recommend it all of my friends.

Very happy with both units. But the 4qt unit is shallow so the helper handle is close to the flame of a gas stove. As it was used, the handle gradually burned up. I notified customer service at Fagor twice but still no response. Now I only use an induction cooktop. The units work great with induction. Still waiting for a replacement handle for over 6mo.
Prefer this to the more expensive brand

I use this all the time and find the 2 size pan/pot perfect for our family of 4. I have a larger much higher end pressure cooker and found it to be less reliable than this set which has not given me any problems at all!
Nice but careful not to burn anything, hard to remove the marks
Daniela from Lexington, MA – Verified Buyer
Very nice and big enough for a family of 5 and more. Cooks fast. Just be careful not to cook onions and other things on medium high because it will burn fast and leave your cooker with the tough to remove marks.

I love the combo set and lids buti only wish i had the 10L instead of the 8L. I love the 4L, It's perfect for risotto for 2-6pers. Great piece of kitchen equipment.
Nice size set

I am interested in saving time which a pressure cooker does. These pots are well made and attractive. They have wide bottoms which help on a gas cooktop. Having two sizes is very convenient and these two are perfect. I was unwilling to pay the price for two Kuhn Rikons so these were the next best from my research. There is a learning curve though so I need to get a couple of pressure cooker cook books. I have tried risotto (almost done right), pinto beans (over cooked), and stew (about perfect) and taco soup (just right). I am having a little trouble knowing where to set my gas cook top to keep from scorching but I am encouraged with my improvement.

I've been using this product at least once a week since my purchase. It's so simple to use and does such an excellent job. It's very easy to clean. Only a couple of things that I would change about it. 1)The noise of the pressure cooker is so loud when it's releasing pressure and has given me headaches I rarely ever get headaches - ever. 2) Would be excellent if it came with an extra lid so that you can do veggies in the smaller pan as meat is cooking in the bigger pot which would make it much more time efficient :)

Have used the pressure cooker several and the product is better than expected. The food is always moist and tender and done to our taste. We have a ceramic top stove, so when we have to turn heat down, I move to another area and turn stove top on. I MISS GAS Stoves!!
