Nevertheless, my husband had it put together in less than an hour. He needed my help just a few times. The bike works well and is really quiet. I have been using it for about 30 minutes almost every day. The resistance works well and the seat is easy to adjust, but only forward and back. The seat back doesn't tilt. The monitor is hard to read, but once you figure it out it's ok. Also, when changing the resistance level, it takes about 20 seconds to gradually bump up or down to the new level. This feature I like because it allows your body to transition easily to the new level. The bike is stable and does not move around while I am using it, but at the same time isn't overly heavy. We put an equipment mat underneath it to protect our hardwood floor. I have had this bike about a month, use it frequently and so far am very pleased with the purchase."..." Read more
