Everyday Drinkware

I purchased these glasses for formal use as well as every day use. These glasses are feather-light, even with two layers of glass. I was amazed at how light they were and afraid to use them for fear of breaking. I have been using 'my' glass every day since purchasing and can tell you these glasses are very durable. They work exactly as described, keeping hot liquids hot and cool liquids cool. I was drinking ice water the other day. Cubes last longer in these glasses than any other 'insulated' glass I've owned. Until I bought these glasses, I had gone through too many sets of glasses to count I bought expensive glasses and they broke, I bought cheap glasses and they broke even faster. I finally got a set of these and have never had to buy another set except as gifts, which is what this purchase was. With weighted bottoms and straight sides, these glasses have a great feel. The bottoms are level so they come out of the dishwasher dry...no puddles of water lurking on the bottom.
