Evenflo Crosstown Portable Pressure Mount Soft Gate - 4491100

This gate is easy to install and it's height is easy for an adult to step over without issue. However, the gate is tough to store since it doesn't fold down easily and the release/relock method isn' too easy to use.

The quality was good, and it is a nice gate but not very friendly to put up and take down on a routine basis.

this gate is perfect for our odd doorway space. easy to install and remove. so far little one just touches and crawls away!

Intended to use it for both my young grandkids and small Italian Greyhounds, to keep them from a main part of my house. Unfortunately the gate is not so much a gate but a barrier. It is very difficult to unlock, and once unlocked, it is tricky to reinstall. I wished I hadn't purchased it.

We have a wide space by stairs that go up and down to the basement. The opening is 54 inches wide and we were having a hard time finding a nice looking gate as this space is near the front door area. We have a 8 months great granddaughter living with us who moves very quickly these days. We also have a puppy coming next month. The gate is very easy to operation. All of the components that operate the gate are covered with the material so what you see is very clean. The things that I like the most is that the gate needs no screws and can be used in other parts of the house. A very great find.

Love this gate...we got it to keep the kids out of the office that has an extra wide opening that does not have a door. Works great and have had no problems with it...would absolutely recommend to a friend!

I use this gate to block off the living area and the hallway to the stairs. It keeps my twins contained, especially now that they are crawling, and keeps my preschooler out of their play area, as he tends to get rough. Excelled gate, extremely happy with it.

We purchased and returned several gates prior to finding the evenflo product. Great for uneven walls and relocating around the house.

No complaints at all.

We use this extra wide gate to separate the kitchen from the family room, to keep our crawler from getting too far away. It's the only, or at least one of the only, gates wide enough to fit a 55" space that is sturdy and nice but you don't have to install it to the walls. Very easy to use, highly recommended if you have an extra-wide space for a gate.
