Product Review I love this product but it is not as easy as seen on TV you do have to put a little muscle in cleaning sticky messes, however it is easy to use and I appreciate that no chemical have to be used. I had some nasty stuck on spills on my kitchen floor that my swiffer wet jet just could not get up :-( One use of this mop and they came right up, no scraping required!! I have tested on a small patch of my hardwood, so I can show my husband the difference between a side cleaned with the steam mop, and one that hasn't been, its amazing!! Service Review Wow, this item shipped about 30 hours after I ordered it online (on a monday) and it arrived at my house via UPS mid afternoon on Thursday, and it was free shipping!!
