Shayne Graves from Minneapolis, MN	4.0 5/14/2012 Steam Galore Even though the product comes with lots of extras you still have to figure out the use for them all and have to swap them out, which can be tiresome. It steam that comes out is a lot and on many things it works great but it didn't clean grout very well using any of the attachments. It does clean the gunk out of the sliding doors, cupboards, fridge etc... very well. The cord is very long -so long you might get tripped up but at least you can take it places. Overall I like it and bottom line, it works and steams. Not so easy to store though. Was this helpful? Yes / No

I still decided to get it and I love it!! I use it everyday and it cuts my cleaning time in half...but everything is clean and sanitized. I have 2 Chihuahuas and now I feel comfy knowing that their bowls are clean and germ free...but I don't worry about harsh detergents getting in their water or food!! I told my parents about it and they went and purchased one too...and also got one for my grandmother. Was this helpful? Yes / No
Disappointed from Arlington, VA	1.0 12/26/2011 Great idea, horrible motor Product Review For the few minutes of steam it was great, but the poor thing needed at least 15 minutes rest for every 2-5 minutes of steam. Got a few terrific bursts of steam, but no more than a few minutes. Gave up and walked away. Later I started over 6 minute warm up and distilled water, with sleeve (no good), ditched sleeve and hose and went to nozzle, but still no steam emitted. Body got hot, but it couldnt put out 10 minutes of steam in 90 minutes. Lets hope they take it back. Service Review Delivery great, even during Christmas rush. Service yet to be determined.
