Not Happy!!! After making my first batch (made two more after) the Yogurt was very watery and not suitable for use.... Getting it out of the incubator was also very difficult (not designed very well).. I will not use this product again and certainly would not recommend that anybody buy it!! |

Euro Cuisine 2 qt yogurt maker works as hoped Makes good solid yogurt with real milk (not powdered) in 7 to 8 hours. I like that I can do a BIG batch at one time instead of the little cup sizes. The number marks on the kettle are just a reminder to tell yourself to check the yogurt at that time. So you just place the line on the hour you expect it to be done. I didnt get that by reading the manual or the reviews. Also I tried to put the lid on like tupperware, but it just seals without the snap. I am happy with the results of the machine. |

Make delicious yogurt at home. Realizing how expensive commercial yogurt is, loaded with sugar and other additives, I decided to start making my own yogurt at home. The Kuisine 2 qt yougurt maker does a good job of making delicious yogurt, It takes a little skill to heat & cool the milk just right- and of course it takes 8 hours to process the batch, but the delicious flavor of the yogurt is worth the wait. There are numbers on the lid corresponding to the 8 hours, and I thought would move and tell me how long the process had taken, but no, the numbers are just for looks. |
