Great wall mount and easy to install. A great wall mount and easy to install. Love the versatility of viewing angles. Would have liked the option of black color but silver does work well. |

I would recommend this to everyone!!! I have this attached to a pole on my deck so I can watch the television from my patio underneath the deck. I can easily remove the television from the arm swing bracket to take inside. |

Great product for a great price! We looked at alot of different models and this one encompasses all that we needed. The tilt adjustment feature if just the right amount. Very durable and we love the easy disconnect as we will be moving the TV from our guest bedroom to our sunroom for the summer. Easy installation! |

Beautiful product, among the best! I can't imagine a place where this mount wouldn't be the perfect choice, except possibly for a HUGE display (and I think there may be a larger version available??). Also gives any display the pivot (portrait/landscape) option, except for software recognition, of course. Super quality, EZ & quick to install, versatile VESA options. Possibly a bit of overkill for my 24" Westinghouse (@ 16#), and with smaller displays, it's closest position to the wall still seems a little far, but probably not an issue with anything larger. Very happy overall! Little if anything available in the price range that even comes close! |

So Far So Good I installed the neoflex on my lanai (florida patio) into concrete block and have as close to 50 lbs on it as possible. So far so good. The only issue so far is that the brackets sent for installation will only accomodate smaller flat panels, which (in this day and age) you can go upwards of 42" and stay under 50lbs. The relatively easy modification, which I got from another online comment site, was to buy a piece of sheet metal and us it as the "bracket" between the mount and the flat panel. What I do like (for outdoor purposes) is that you can litterally unplug the TV, remove it from the wall, then replace without turning a screw or bolt. |

Goes up, down, round, round. It was tough to locate a wall mount that would tilt and rotate right and left, yet allow entry to my Sony KDL-26S2010 TV's HDMI connection point. For some strange reason, all connection points are in the center of the unit, exactly where most mounts attach (and cover). I went through three different mounts. the Ergotron Neo-Flex HD Wall Mount Swing Arm finally did the trick. But not out of the box. I had to drill out some of the holes for the screws, so that I could attach the mount to the TV in a position that admitted the HDMI cable. Plus, I had to purchase different screws. If I had been using cables other than the HDMI, I'm not sure the mount would have worked at all because it would probably cover the connection points on the TV. Most, but not all of the fault, lies with Sony. The TV manufacturer should locate the connection points anywhere but dead center of the unit. Still, all Ergotron had to do was try to connect its mount to the Sony before advertising it as compatible. |
