Obviously I had concerns purchasing something so expensive over the internet. My past experience with assemble yourself furniture didn't leave me expecting much. But upon receiving this I was amazed by the care in packaging as well as the quality of the materials and hardware. First off it is made with particle board or what ever they call it these days. But it's a higher quality than I've seen in many pieces before. It has a real wood or at least it looks like a real wood vainer. The assembly instructions are easy to understand and the parts are marked clearly. The assembly went well and the resulting furniture is solid and looks awesome. [...] One suggestion, the legs have a rubber pad which will protect a hard floor from scratches. However, I am using this on in a carpeted room. I attached 1 3/4" furniture sliders to the legs and it moves easily with out hanging up. I would recommend this or anything else from this manufacture for anyone looking for a quality piece of self assembled furniture."..." Read more

This is a beautiful entertainment center. It looks great in a room and fits beautifully in a corner to save space. The center is very easy to move as it is lightweight. If you have kids you will need to secure to the wall to avoid tipping (fastener included with unit.) Comes fully assembled so it is very hassle free. Highly recommend."..." Read more

This is just a beautiful piece of furniture. Nicely made in the USA! Very rich dark oak finish. The only problem is that to use it with a 55 inch TV you need to lift the top piece to slide the TV in to the space. Other than that I have no complaints.
