Overall, this is a great unit. It's solid wood and the color is beautiful. But it wasn't packed properly, which caused scratched and gouged wood in places. Also, the metal hardware that's provided to assemble the unit is cheaply made and the hardware pieces kept breaking. Fortunately, we had extra hardware from a desk we had recenly assembled, so we used those pieces, which were a much higher quality. After the unit was assembled, it still seemed somewhat flimsy, so we're going to have to add some L-brackets on the backs of each shelving unit. But overall, still a beautiful piece."..." Read more

The overall construction and quality is higher than I expected. I would give this product four stars if it weren't for the cabinet doors. Piece is solid wood, feels sturdy and well made, and it looks nice, but not stunning. It is small particularly in height for an entertainment center. Assembly is not a breeze, be prepared to spend a few hours. Your TV should not be more than 55" wide or you'll have a gap between the console and towers.
