Bought this end table for use beside my recliner. I was surprised at the high quality and solid construction of the piece. The shelves provide a lot of easily reachable space - the slanted periodical design makes them easy to reach while sitting. The drawer allows me to store writing implements, letter opener, etc. very nicely. Top has plenty of space for lamp, etc. Beautiful finish. Perfect!
