Table very looks great and fits in perfectly with our family room. The instructions were poor, without enough content.
I put the table together by myself until I hit the last step, the top of the table. It simply would not go on flat. Checked all the cams and pegs and they were fine. After fighting with it for over 1/2 hour, I got my husband involved and we tried unsuccessfully to get the top on. Out of frustration, I put the table in a corner and said it would wait until the next day. My husband, being an engineer took a look at the table later and was able to see that the back piece of wood was too tall. He removed 1/4" and then we put it back in and the top went on great.
Therefore, BE WARNED, if you are having problems putting the table top on (last step in poor directions) check the board that slides into place on the back of the table. There is a slot for the board to rest in, but even after putting the piece in the slot the board was too tall."..." Read more
