AWD from Andover, MA	2.0 7/19/2009 Caveat Emptor The Enclume Scroll Quilt Rack QR3 is a handsome piece, but the manufacturer's quality control does not equal the design of this product. The first thing I realized as I laid out the contents of the shipping carton was that the six button head screws provided were too large in diameter for the accompanying nuts. The hex key provided was of no use because the screws were too large for it also. More important, the metal bars on which quilts are to be hung are so rough along the edges that any delicate fabric would snag unless quilts are lifted on and off with real care. The literature in the shipping carton states that Enclume racks are the ultimate in quality..., one of the finest storage racks made. For the purchase price, they should be -- but the one delivered to me was not.[...] A.W.D. Andover, MA Was this helpful? Yes / No
