I purchased the braisier especially to oven-fry chicken,start with the lid on to cook chicken, then remove lid to crisp skin, worked perfectly, others I have tried the skin stuck to the pan, ruined the chicken, loved it a lot, also easy to clean and store,would recommend it .Trudy

Finally, I found a great cookware to prepare super braised beef, boeuf bourguignon, and stroganoff beef. Everything is cook to the perfection. It looks good for a presentation on the table.

This products makes cooking fun! It also retains the flavor of the food. With its even cooking all things get done together. I intend to get more of this product in the future! Pat Janes
