Beautiful & functional piece! The Henry fondue pot is (of course) very well made and makes a handsome addition to any dinner party. Especially nice is the ability to do your prep work on either the stove or in the oven and then transfer your work to the burner wherever you will be serving. |

Excellent product. I like its color, style, capacity and quality. If you don't have a gas stove, do not follow the manufacturer recommandations regarding the milk to boil in the cookpot before its first use. I got a very thick layer of burnt milk which took forever to clean and slightly damaged my brand-new pot. Instead, simmer for 5 minutes 1 qt of water with 1/2 cup of rice. It will be much safer. My first fondue was a success. I used a high quality Riesling and a good Comte. The gruyere and emmental they recommand are tasteless. In Europe we use Comte, Beaufort and Appenzeller cheese for a great cheese fondue. |

Plain and simple love it Follow the direction in the manual and they will be no guessing. Keeps the head wonderful and cleans out very easy. Nothing to complain about. |
