Tagine Flame

from San Diego, CA– Verified Buyer– Top 100 Reviewer

If you like slow-cooking veggies, meats, and fish, this definitely is a great choice. It retains all the juices of the ingredients you are cooking and makes any dish very flavorful. This is a high qualityTagine.

Love My Purple Tagine!

from Maple Ridge, BC– Verified Buyer

Used it for the first time last night...it has a big enough base that you can easily feed 4 to 6 people with it. Cooked my chicken dinner beautifully, the chicken breasts came out moist and tender, potatoes and veggies cooked to perfection. One dish in an hour, what's not to love!!

Tagine in Black by Emile Henry

 from Massachusetts– Verified Buyer

To date, I have used the tagine on a gas stove top several times. The various dishes I prepared came out very well. My only negative with the tagine is that throughout the cooking process liquid inside the tagine escaped at the junction of the lid and the base and was "spit" all over the stove top. Since this is the first tagine I have ever owned, I do not know if this is normal for a tagine or not.

Awesome Tagine

 from Brantford, Ontario, Canada

A tagine is an amazing cooking utensil. Meats and fish turn out flavorful and very moist. Spices and flavors meld together perfectly. I am sure this is due to the unique top which allows moisture to circulate continually as the dish cooks. Cleanup is surprisingly easy. We are very happy with our purchase.

Looks great at table service

 from Toronto Canada– Verified Buyer

Love the look of this cookware item but I can't use it on my induction cooktop. I look forward to better weather to try it on the outdoor grill.
