Foster and Partners is an international architectural, planning and design studio headed by Norman Foster and a group of senior architects. Norman Foster's philosophy of work is the same that transpire from the London offices: a big open space where everyone works next to each other, without any sort of separation, to stimulate communication among the many people that work in it. The studio activities include urban and construction planning, interior design and design, graphics and exhibits, the studio works on both big commissions such as International Airport of Beijing, and small ones, being that a door knobs collection. The studio works are placed all over world, from Great Britain, Europe and Scandinavia, to USA, Hong Kong, Japan, China, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia and Australia. Foster and Partners have reached international fame and realized works such as Swiss Re offices in London, the new German Parliament inside the Reichstag in Berlin, the Great Court of the British Museum, the HSBC main locations in Hong Kong and London the corporate offices for the Commerz Bank of Frankfurt, the Bilbao Underground.
