With today prices on excercise equipment, it is hard to believe there is this "Body Rider Dual Trainer" on the market that works the body so well and is unbelievalby priced. My wife and I are seniors. We were looking to purchase a dual trainer, but had a hard time justifying some of the cost for these machines. Our daughter-in-law told us about the Body Rider that she got for Christmas at a great price. We checked hers out and fell in love with it. You must assemble it yourself, but if you follow the instructions, its not that difficult. My wife and I now work out daily and couldn't be more pleased. We dealt with Wayfair on line and directly. I love it! I did alot of research on elliptical trainers before I purchased this one. My husband & I put it together & it was fairly simple but some of pics & instructions were misleading & unclear never the less we were able to put it together properly. The machine is smooth & quite & gives a great work out! It is pretty sturdy & a nice size not too bulky at all! I hear some users speak of Squeaking, they have not posted there weight, which may be in access of the machine or close to the limit* I think that may come in to play. With the help of a very savy put-it-together guy, everything was just as it should be and working in about 75 minutes. Not too difficult to assemble, I'm told. One of the screw holes was not bored properly and the screw wouldn't fit and then was striped. Other than that, all was just as hoped and the instructions seemed well written and appropriate.

Less than 16 inches
If you have a limited amount of space, than an elliptical with a stride length of less than 16 inches is ideal for you. If you are taller than 5'4", this stride length will not provide as full of a workout as ellipticals with longer stride lengths.
