The machine is easy to assemble and really works your body really well. My wife and I only have one problem, and am glad to say after spending the money it's just us using the elliptical on a regular basis. Ive had this machine for about 2 weeks now, nice machine a little noisy when i first got on but i think it was due to leveling properly and the case i beleive was a little to tight. Anyhow i messed with it for about 20 minuets and its fine. I was a power lifter for many years, and this machine feels good on my lower back and knees. With today prices on excercise equipment, it is hard to believe there is this "Body Rider Dual Trainer" on the market that works the body so well and is unbelievalby priced. My wife and I are seniors. We were looking to purchase a dual trainer, but had a hard time justifying some of the cost for these machines. Our daughter-in-law told us about the Body Rider that she got for Christmas at a great price. We checked hers out and fell in love with it. You must assemble it yourself, but if you follow the instructions, its not that difficult. My wife and I now work out daily and couldn't be more pleased. We dealt with Wayfair on line and directly. The stride length is the longest distance between your feet in the elliptical motion. It is important to choose the correct stride length when purchasing an elliptical. This is determined by your height. Below is a quick guide to which stride size best fits you.

Less than 16 inches
If you have a limited amount of space, than an elliptical with a stride length of less than 16 inches is ideal for you. If you are taller than 5'4", this stride length will not provide as full of a workout as ellipticals with longer stride lengths.
