The machine is easy to assemble and really works your body really well. My wife and I only have one problem, and am glad to say after spending the money it's just us using the elliptical on a regular basis. With today prices on excercise equipment, it is hard to believe there is this "Body Rider Dual Trainer" on the market that works the body so well and is unbelievalby priced. My wife and I are seniors. We were looking to purchase a dual trainer, but had a hard time justifying some of the cost for these machines. Our daughter-in-law told us about the Body Rider that she got for Christmas at a great price. We checked hers out and fell in love with it. You must assemble it yourself, but if you follow the instructions, its not that difficult. My wife and I now work out daily and couldn't be more pleased. We dealt with Wayfair on line and directly. This elliptical is ultra quiet and the feel of the machine is very comfortable. I am 6'2 and the 21 inch stride suits me well. I like the audio input so that I can listen to my ipod when on it. The HR program is real neat as it controls your workout based on your Heart Rate. For the price and the warranty guarantee, there is no need to look any futher. I purchased this elliptical for my birthday as I wanted to get in shape for bathing suit season. [...] Putting it together took about 30 minutes or so and I began using it that day. I'm 5'1" and had read through other reviews this machine is suited more for shorter/smaller people...and I agree. I found the product easy to use and lightweight, however I do wish it was a little more sturdy. I put it in my bedroom on carpet and it would probably be better suited for a harder surface. I also was expecting a little more as far as reach/stride with pedaling, but I knew for the price I wasn't getting the same elliptical I'm used to using at the gym. The stride length is the longest distance between your feet in the elliptical motion. It is important to choose the correct stride length when purchasing an elliptical. This is determined by your height. Below is a quick guide to which stride size best fits you.

Less than 16 inches
If you have a limited amount of space, than an elliptical with a stride length of less than 16 inches is ideal for you. If you are taller than 5'4", this stride length will not provide as full of a workout as ellipticals with longer stride lengths.
