This was my first Wayfair experience. Due to no fault of Wayfair, since their outer shipping carton was very well insulated but the original Elkay packaging was not, the sink arrived with damaged corners which probably occured in the warehouse. I took photos and was prepared for a hassle since this was all on line. I called Wayfair and they immediately ordered a replacement and did not require me to return the damaged sink. This is extraordinary customer service and even though I had to wait a bit, since the item was no longer in stock, the second one arrived in great shape. The sink looks great and was easy to install.
