Some of the crystals were falling off while taking it out of the box but with a pair needlenose pliers put them back on and tightened some other visible gaps between the beads. Shouldn't have had to do any of this but it does look great in my daughters room. I love the way this light reflects off the ceiling and walls. Was this helpful? Yes / No
