I absolutely love this electric glass pot. It warms up fast and I love watching the water bubble up and the blue light is awesome effect as the water gets boiling. I used to have a Keurig but I love this a whole lot better because the water stays hot for a long time and I am able to make has much or as little hot water that I need. The handle is never hot when it is done boiling. Just have common sense when handling the pot because the glass surface and metal surfaces are hot. It is easy to turn on and after the water is done boiling it turns off automatically. Comes with two types of lids. The one makes it easy to add more water without having to take the top off. The other top is a regular lid that has a stopper button in the middle to help with pouring. Overall, I just love this pot and look forward to using it often when I want to warm up water for my tea or hot chocolate.
