Grinder from Florida	3.0 9/26/2011 No fit Philips 32" This mount is made to be used with many brands and sizes of TV's. But not the 32" Philips I have. I had to modifi the mount with a metal cutting grinder. I cut off about 1 1/4" on both haves of the part that ataches to the TV. If I would not have been able to do this, the mount would have been usless to me. After cutting down the mount it works great, it is well made. The tilt part works well. For a larger TV this mount would be just right, and would not need any modification. I would recommend this only for larger TV"s. Was this helpful? Yes / No
