Eco-Lux 9" Lido Latex Foam Mattress - LATX1000

I like the way this shipped: compressed into an easy-to-manage, lightweight box, and the mattress bounced into shape / filled out nicely when unpacked. This mattress is very comfortable, recommended for folks who want something supportive, but still a little squooshy / soft.

First: amazing price, quick and free shipping. Opened the box, which seemed too small...The mattress was compressed and triple wrapped, but after opening expamded to a 9 inch depth. Quite firm, but not hard. Very supportive and comfortable, no rolling and wonderfully even. Remains cool and feels clean and green, every night feels better and better. Previously could not stay asleep, but now getting 7 hours. Could not be more satisfied!

Bought a king size. Had very little trouble with off-gassing. The mattress itself is very firm but has a soft removable cover (have not yet removed it though) and there is plenty of room for a plush topper under a fitted sheet. My husband loves the firmness and I love that I can add a topper! Good quality and excellent price. I took my time researching mattresses and I'm glad I made this choice. We'll be looking into a smaller size for my son when he grows out of his crib.

Didnt notice any latex smell. I have a temperpedic mattress and I can tell its not as nice, but I liked that its natural latex. Kids will be using this product.

This is NOT a 100% all natural latex mattress, even though the website & customer service assure you that it is! After receiving it & being disappointed/confused about the bad quality, I call Wayfair & they don’t know anything about this mattress, so I had to call the manufacturer & do the research myself. It turns out that the mattress is composed of only 3 inches of natural latex & the rest is 6 inches of cheap chemical laden polyurethane foam. We wanted a 100% all natural latex mattress because it’s safer & better for the environment than synthetic memory foam. Memory foam is polyurethane made from petroleum-based chemicals with a toxic flame retardant, it’s not good for the environment & it emits toxic odors (chemical off-gassing) that you breath in while sleeping, which has been linked to various health issues. While all natural latex does not have any questionable off-gassing, is biodegradable/eco-friendly & is one of the safest natural materials to sleep on. Wayfair needs to evaluate the products that they carry before they put them up for sale. I complained to Wayfair about a week ago, they confirmed my findings that the mattress is not 100% latex & that the mattress has been misrepresented. It will take them a while to correct the information in their computers & on the website. Thus, it is left up to me & this review to warn other customers about this mattress being falsely advertised (which is ridiculous since it is not a customers job to do so), so that other customers don't waste their time or money buying & setting it up, only to realize they didn’t get what they paid for. Oh & if you have already bought this mattress & want to return it in light of this new information, it will be a slow, frustrating, complicated process, & their excuse will be that they are not use to returning mattresses & dealing with this sort of problem. What a waste of my time & energy!

I really like this bed! It is not memory foam, but latex, so it doesnt mold to your body as much, but I still like it. I wanted something less toxic than memory foam and for the price it is great. When I get in Im always please by how comfy it feels and I sleep really well in comparison the the bed I had previously. I dont have any sore spots when I wake up. I got rid of a king size bed and wanted something smaller so I got the full size, but wish I would have gotten the queen for a little extra room.

This is a very firm bed. I was hoping that it would mold more to my body as I am a side sleeper and help keep the pressure off my hips so that I didn't wake up with pressure point soreness. I still woke up sore and with a slight lower back ache. If you are looking for a firm bed - I would definitely recommend this bed. Also, I did not experience the warmth/temperature issue that some people had said they did and I am warm when I sleep.

Got two 9 foam mattresses one for me one for my 13 year old daughter. I love mine she thinks hers is too firm. Adding a topper ( I have a 100 organic wool cotton quilted topper wh is fine) would make those looking for a softer more cushier sleeping experience perfect.

I bought two of these mattresses for my children's room and am happy with my purchase. I liked the price and that the foam used is supposed to be less toxic. I had researched organic, natural latex mattresses and the cost was astronomical! I feel these were a good compromise given our budget. There was an odor when we opened these although nothing as nasty smelling as a memory foam mattress topper I had purchased years back. We let them air out for a couple of days before putting them in the room. I probably should have let them air out for a week because there was still a slight odor in the room if the door was closed for the next week or so. The mattresses seem fairly comfortable and supportive. They're not at all bouncy like an innerspring mattress nor do they conform as much as memory foam. They're comfortable enough that my husband and I are considering purchasing one of the thicker versions of this mattress for ourselves. That being said, neither of us suffer from back pain nor are we terribly picky about the firmness of our mattress.
