Heavy duty, somewhat loud fan
Susan from Columbia, SC – Verified Buyer
I bought this fan to use in my bedroom - in spite of the reviews that said it's noisy. The reviews were right: it's noisy. The first night I used it, it reminded me of the sound of a not-too-distant lawn mower, which is just a bit too much white noise for me. Aside from the noise factor (and I WAS warned), I really like it. It is very sturdy, blows hard and it's a pretty color. There are three speeds on this fan, none of which are low - more like medium, high, and very high, and the fan tilts and oscillates. I've moved it into my kitchen where it is keeping me cool. I recommend it - just not for quiet zones.
Great price for good style but...

Great looking fan for the price. Making a lot of wind. Great to have different speeds. Not making that much noise as well for a metal fan. The only thing bothering me is the fact that the oscillating function is not working that well. I am therefore not using it to move.
Beautiful vintage fan

a super cute and very sturdy little table fan that fits into vintage decor perfectly. Bought this for my little boys room and has just the right amount of white-noise for sleeping. Well-worth the money!!
Powerful Durable Stylish Fan

I already own several Cinni fans that are identical to this. Since they are no longer available in the US, I was excited to find this fan. On the pro side, it is solidly built the old fashioned way out of heavy gauge steel and assembled with screws and nuts and bolts, not flimsy clips or snap together plastic. On the con side, the fan speeds are all very similar. There is no real low speed. I would like to see a wider range of speeds. Also, you can't beat the retro styling if that is how your home is decorated. Bottom line, these fans are a good combination of functionality and style. A note for those who are not used to old fashioned motors, these fans should be oiled at least once a year at the motor shaft with lightweight oil. There is an oil hole in the front behind the fan blade and at the back of the motor housing next to the oscillating gear box.
Three Speed Large Oscillating Table Fan

Beautiful fan, very heavy and appears to be well made. A little noisy, but nothing I can't live with. Looks very retro.
Wanted a Panasonic fan but could not find one.

This is the only other brand that seems to be quality built. It is a little loud and the lowest setting if pretty strong, but if it holds up it will exceptible.
Nice fan but oscillating feature is tricky to get working
Jesse from Austin, TX – Verified Buyer
I love this fan for it's noise and apparent quality. The only problem is that the oscillating feature does not always work and it may be operator error. You have to tighten this knob but that doesn't always seem to get it oscillating.

Great fan. Love the color. Runs very smooth and looks great
2 OUT OF FOUR are bad
Jeff Townsend from Lake Charles, LA – Verified Buyer
I have purchased four of the ecco fans; two worked nicely, two did not; they each failed to occislate and the most recent not only did not turn but if you tightened the rotating knob, the fan stopped; this should not happen as this should be mechanical, not electrical; will be returning most recent failure; These are expensive fans; they should be tested prior to shipping out!

Overall works great, is effective and attractive with a carry handle for easy transport. Only negative is that the oscillating control dial sticks at times and you have to adjust it to get it working.
