i like that its easy to use and super simple from the get-go. no reading manuals and such. just pop in the batteries and turn it on.

I used this product to make bread. To make the best bread ever I'd definitely recommend using a scale to weigh out your flour. This scale is great because you can "zero it out" with your owl bowl on top and only worry about the EXACT weight of the flour (this even goes to hundredths of ounces). My only issue was that I am used to weighing by Pounds and then Ounces but you can either do one or the other. I just added 16 ounces for every pound. (ex: 1 lb 6.75 oz= 22.75 oz) and it worked out great and exact. Thank you Wayfair
