Satisfied with Product Product Review Pros :- Heating evenly and easy to clean Quality of material is good. Cooking is fast. Cons :- Handle is getting hot while cooking. Handle is too heavy and is leaning towards the handle instead of staying flat on the gas stove. Service Review Happy with delivery |

Great The shape of the pots is nice since the base of them is wider. The anodized coating on the interior cooks well and evenly. However, the handles do get hot and you must use a potholder or towel when removing them from your stove. But that is the only minus for this product as far as I am concerned. |

Not so good I've had these pans for 4 months. In the beginning they worked really great. But as I used it more and more my food began to stick to the pan. And the outside is stained with grease and cant get them out. Will not buy them again! |

Second review! I commented on these pans in May, 2010. (New purchase back then!) Well, still using the pans, still have no negatives to make and still have a "PERFECT" interior in ALL the pans! My husband (who also cooks with the pans - we call it "every man for himself" when it comes to breakfast and lunch!) and I use non-metal utensils with the pans and thus, still have the same, like-new nonstick interior in the pans! Easy to clean. I do not have a problem with things sticking. I use the fry pans for cooking fish, for example, with very little oil and have great luck and results. I am not a big cook with oil, heavy frying etc. I did purchase a larger sauce pan/pot of a different brand, like I said in my last review because sometimes I like to cook a larger portion of, for example, pasta. It looks much like these pans and so I was happy to have this larger pan. It is not available with this set. But, this other brand's pan has a nice top with glass etc just like these pans but when something cooks in this pan, the handle on the glass top gets HOT! The Earth Pans you are considering here are different - the handle on the tops stays cool enough to be able to just pick off the top with your hand without using a potholder. I do love this! The reason I am on this site is to purchase the pan set for my brother who is single and just purchased a new home. We want to give him a house-warming gift - he mentioned that he needs pots and pans. He is a GREAT cook! I see, still, that the price of these pans remains affordable for most everyone vs the higher priced competitive brand! Actually the price went down and even is a better price when you consider the rebate that is available. I got a rebate also last year. Thanks! Nice looking pans! You might look back at my older review and notice my mention that these pans were rated 1st choice by a major consumer magazine! I put a paper towel between the pans when I "nest" them in my cabinet so as not to scratch the exteriors. Easy way to keep the outside looking terrific too! No pans last a lifetime but these seem to have won my praise! Bon appetit ! |

Impressed! I'm not much of a cook (yet) but plan to be with my new cookware. A key factor in my purchase was that it has an 8-qt. stockpot; many other sets have just a 6-qt. Also, the non-PTFE feature. So far have just used for eggs and am amazed at how easy the clean up is. They are sturdy but easy to handle. This was my first "investment" in cookware - so far the set seems like a great value for the money. Plus it's made by Farberware, which never seems to disappoint. |

Well made and functional Conducts heat well. Nice looking set of pans. You do need to be careful not to sccratch the pans and will need a set of silicon or nylon spoons to use with them. Over all I am very satisfied with the performance of these pans. Big improvement over our old warped copper clad pans. |

Am pleased with pans so far. I feel that the long handles could be a real safety issue. They are so long that they stick out over the edge of the counter. A child (or adult) walking by could easily hit the handle and send the pan to the floor. Would cause serious injury if it contained hot oil or water. The length of the handles also makes the pans feel very heavy when you lift them. I find myself grabbing the handle at the mid point. Can't say anything about non-stick surface since we have only used them a few times. We are being very careful, but realize that the surface will eventually wear off. |

Great pans but smaller than anticipated They are wonderful to cook with and clean. They need some extra care to make sure they don't scratch but it's definitely worth it as cleaning them is so easy. The fry pans are smaller than I thought - one larger pan would have been a great addition to the set. |
