I do a lot of club and ballroom dancing and this bag works great for holding dance shoes, towel, drinks, cell phone, camera, paperwork, etc. It is not too big or too small. I had been using the typical small zippered bag that you would buy at a ballroom dance supply store which is about the same capacity of a shoe box...too small! I am constantly going to practice and was using multiple bags. I found I could consolidate everything that I need into this one bag. One thing I really like and that the description fails to mention is the "hidden" zippered side pocket in the main compartment. It uses a tiny zipper and I use it for putting my wallet in. The shoulder strap quick release hardware and attachments are all made of sturdy metal which I really appreciate. I use this bag 4 times a week so it must be sturdy and it is. The only thing that I was slightly disappointed with is that the description said it has "four feet at the base for additional protection" but it does not. It is just flat. However this has no consequence for me so I won't deduct any stars because of it. It may be an important feature to others so I thought I would mention it and maybe Wayfair can fix the description as it is misleading. My bag has the company name "travelwell" as opposed to "Goodhope" so maybe there was a manufacturer change and that's why they forgot the four feet on the bottom I don't know. One other minor detail is that I don't understand what "fully lined green interior" means. It certainly is not the color green on the inside, it is black.
In the end, I would highly recommend this bag to a friend and in fact already have. I've had difficulty finding this size/style of bag for my uses so I was happy to discover it at Wayfair and wouldn't hesitate recommending to purchase it from them. I owned a similar bag many years ago so was delighted to get this version.
I use this bag to carry my cycling gear.
Cycling shoes and socks in the bottom compartment. 3 water bottles in the middle compartment. Shorts, shirt and a small towel in the top compartment.
Energy bars, sunscreen, gloves, bike computer etc in the six pockets inside the 'door' of the bag. Maps, cell phone etc in the external pockets.
This bag is great for carrying a variety of items while keeping them organized and separate. For example soiled clothes can go in one compartment where they won't touch everything else in the bag.
Small items are easy to find in the bag as they can be in individual pockets rather than jumbled up with other stuff at the bottom of a bag.
What is not so great? The quality of this bag seems to be poorer than the one I owned before. The material for the 'shelves' is not as thick or rigid. The bag itself does not appear to be as sturdy and the finish - the heat-sealed vinyl edges for example - could be better.
However for the price this bag is good value. I don't now how I did without it."..." Read more

I haven't use the duffle yet, but it appears well constructed. It is a little smaller length-wise than I expected. It would help if Wayfair posted photos or video of someone holding or using the bags for perspective. The "cooler" end of the duffle will hold 6 cans of soda or 2 cans stacked and 2 bottles of water. My husband and I will use this as a picnic duffle, so it will hold the food and beverages. The second zipper compartment at the opposite end of the cooler holds the "St. Tropez Piatto Travel Pack" 2-person dish set perfectly ([...]). The bag looks pretty small compared to an Ebags weekender or even an Outdoor Products Essential Carryon, but it's the perfect size for a weekend trip. I used this bag on a recent trip to Las Vegas. I had a pair of Jeans, a dress shirt, 4 tshirts, a pair of bball shorts, boardshorts, a pair of dress shoes, flip flops, 3 boxer briefs and 3 pairs of socks in just the main compartment! then i had a 311 bag in the side pocket and I was golden.
