Duffel Bags

First, I absolutely love the pattern of this bag, mine looks a little more blue than the picture, and I absolutely love how it looks. The only downside to this bag is that it's kind of heavy, and with all the snow around here you can't really wheel it right now when you're outside. It has a shoulder strap as well as the handles that you see in the picture though, so it's not too bad. I think it would be a perfect bag to use while travelling, and it definitely works to just take with you when you're going home for the weekend as well. The handle for when you're wheeling the bag is just amazing. It has a button so the handle stays in place until you push it, and it also doesn't slide up until you push it which is nice if you're just using it to stand up your bag. It has straps on the inside to hold your things in place and it has lots of handy little pockets too. It is so nice to find a product that is so excellent. The leather quality is as good as it gets. Plenty of pockets, It looks fantastic - absolutely beautiful. I've taken it on two trips since I've gotten it. Both times, I've had to stuff it into aircraft overhead bins, and while it's been a pretty snug fit, it has managed to fit in.... and with no marks or scratches left on the leather (amazing, considering after one of the flights, I thought it for sure it would have some scratches from the rough dividers in the overhead bins). I've had the bag in some rain (not a massive downpour though), and it still looks just as good. So well designed... it has plastic on the bottom and side, so it's protected and easy to clean where it might make contact with the ground. Only slight (very slight) issue is that the bag is a little tippy when rolling it around corners (not a problem though... just something to keep in mind). And it holds a LOT of stuff. My wife has a Piel bag that's made of the same leather. She's had it for 2 years and it looks even better with age. This is a fantastic bag - I'm 100% happy with it."..."  Read more

I needed a large bag to use for the gym. I drive a school bus and swim laps just after my morning route. When I enter the community center Im wearing boots, jeans, sweatshirt jacket but by the time I come out to go home all I need to wear is shorts, tee-shirt and sandals so I need a bag that will hold all of those bulky clothes. Plus I like having lots of separate compartments and pockets to organize everything. This bag fills both needs. The compartments at either end a large enough for a pair of shoes and I place my wet bath towel,hand towel wash cloth and swim trunks in one to keep them separate from my dry clothes. The zippers seem to be large and they claim self repairing what ever that means.A couple of them seem to bind a little but I think it may just be from being new, sometimes a little candle wax rubbed on teeth will help that. All and all Im very happy with the bag, I returned a Speedo bag to Amazon and replaced it with this one. The leather is really nice quality. The zipper is nice because it opens the bag right up. I would have liked the shoulder strap to have had more holes for adjusting to a shorter length - I'd like to carry the bag on one shoulder and have the bag fall to hip height. Current strap adjustments have it falling to my knee height when carried on one shoulder (and I'm not short).I suspect the strap is set-up for carrying the bag across the shoulder/chest, instead of hanging down from the shoulder. So, if I decide to use the shoulder strap, I'll have to make some additional holes in the strap to adjust it to the length I prefer - easy enough to do with the leather quality and style of buckle used."..."  Read more
