I was a little put-off by the high price at first, but once the product arrived, thought it was money well-spent. This bag looks like it was made to last for not just years, but decades. Tough but attractive outer layer looks almost leather-like. Nice, rugged leather handles are very securely attached to the bag. The inside is beautifully lined in tan and has pockets for shoes as well as another zippered pocket that is quite large. My husband, a hiker, loves duffel bag-type luggage and this was bought to replace a bag he'd had since college. Unlike the old bag, which now sports several holes in the bottom, the bottom of this bag is leather-lined and has several little "feet" that look pretty securely attached. The side clips are welcome additions to any duffle bag. When secured they can really shrink the bag if it's not fully loaded, making packing the car a little easier (or fitting it in an overhead luggage rack, no doubt). Overall, very pleased with my purchase."..."  Read more

It is so nice to find a product that is so excellent. The leather quality is as good as it gets. Plenty of pockets, It looks fantastic - absolutely beautiful. I've taken it on two trips since I've gotten it. Both times, I've had to stuff it into aircraft overhead bins, and while it's been a pretty snug fit, it has managed to fit in.... and with no marks or scratches left on the leather (amazing, considering after one of the flights, I thought it for sure it would have some scratches from the rough dividers in the overhead bins). I've had the bag in some rain (not a massive downpour though), and it still looks just as good. So well designed... it has plastic on the bottom and side, so it's protected and easy to clean where it might make contact with the ground. Only slight (very slight) issue is that the bag is a little tippy when rolling it around corners (not a problem though... just something to keep in mind). And it holds a LOT of stuff. My wife has a Piel bag that's made of the same leather. She's had it for 2 years and it looks even better with age. This is a fantastic bag - I'm 100% happy with it."..."  Read more

The leather is really nice quality. The zipper is nice because it opens the bag right up. I would have liked the shoulder strap to have had more holes for adjusting to a shorter length - I'd like to carry the bag on one shoulder and have the bag fall to hip height. Current strap adjustments have it falling to my knee height when carried on one shoulder (and I'm not short).I suspect the strap is set-up for carrying the bag across the shoulder/chest, instead of hanging down from the shoulder. So, if I decide to use the shoulder strap, I'll have to make some additional holes in the strap to adjust it to the length I prefer - easy enough to do with the leather quality and style of buckle used."..."  Read more

Unlike most products these days that only look good in pictures, this roller looks and feels durable and well built in real life. The craftsmanship is exactly what you would expect from an Italian leather product. The size is the maximum amount (near 42 linear inches) allowed to be a carried on baggage in most major airlines; although keep in mind, it is leather and it does weigh a bit even without anything inside. The only downside is that when you roll the bag, it tends to go off balance and slightly bounces left and right because of the close distance of the 2 wheels, but that's a problem among all duffle rollers...the Milano just amplifies that by being heavier than most duffle of its size. I guess the other downside would be the price tag, it is probably one of the most expensive duffles you can find, but seeing some small handbags for $500+ from Italian and French named brands, the Milano is totally worth it."..."  Read more
