I am disabled, but I never thought putting a walker together would be so irritating. Getting it up and ready to use was only the beginning of my frustration. When I finally got it folded to a workable size it was a ridiculous mess. It has no balance. It can not be folded enough; it has no symmetry at all.......this a design flaw that seem as if it was designed by a child. I don't dare to put it in a car for fear the edges would damage seating material. I have no clue how this item could ever get through quality control.

Within parameters of full disclosure, I must tell all that I am a 66 yr. old shut-in, with a case of arthritis that qualifies as a case study in the NEJM. That said, I had a difficult time putting it together due to skimpy information and diagrams in a two page brochure and having to press spring buttons while wrestling with the frame to set height and width position. Now, I cannot seem to be able to get the walker to fold up.
