We are very impressed with the craftsmanship and overall quality of the dresser. The dovetailed and glued drawers are very high qauality as is the wood itself and the finish. The hidden jewerly compartment is a nice touch. The only disappointment is the quality of the drawer slides. For the money spent and the weight of the drawers once full, the slides are not up to the quality of the rest of the product, but overall a nice piece of furniture."..."  Read more

This dresser is awesome once it is assembled!!! Love, love, love, it for our new baby's clothes. If you like a bit of a challenge, this is the dresser for you since the instructions have no words, just pictures. It literally comes in pieces; even the brackets that hold the drawers in place have to be put together. It is lighter in color than the picture, however. My husband and I put it together 3 days before our second son was born. We worked on it for the better part of an afternoon. It will definitely need some wood glue to help w/ assembly. There is glue sent w/ the product but ours was dry and unusable, so we recommend Elmer's Wood Glue. And plenty of patience!"..."  Read more

This is a nice looking dresser and very sturdy, once assembled. We did have trouble getting the bottoms of the drawers to go ALL the way in so that the drawer facing would go on flush. We had to take them apart a couple times in order to get that to work. The directions also have a few items mislabled. It is very obvious, though, so did not hinder assembly. An earlier reviewer said they were disappointed in the drawer pulls being plastic. The kit i received had metal pulls. I was surprised that the silver legs are painted wood, not metal. I do not think this detracts from the durability of the dresser and my son is pleased with it, and it was purchased for him, so no issues there. I really like the look of the dresser. Aesthetically, it is beautiful and holds more than I thought it would. The drawback is that one of the drawers doesn't pull out smoothly. You have to tug it a bit to get it out. And, the space between drawers, which you can see on the face of the dresser, is not uniform. In some spots it is about a centimeter and in other spots it is noticably less."..."  Read more
