Its easy to use, beautiful, lightweight, functional, and BEAUTIFUL, in natural!!! It did, however, arrive with some holesbreaks in the packaging, and small dents in the wood.. Wayfair was great about offering replacement parts, but it wasnt a big deal -- I love it anyway! The castors are a bit sensitive to hair on the floor (pet or human), but they are cheap and easy to replace if needed through a local hardware store! ) Service Review They damaged item during delivery. It was easy to put together. The only flaw is that the little mattress is really flimsy. I would have gladly paid a little extra to get a 2" mattress. Now I'll have to buy another mattress.
