I really liked this drain and thought it would be perfect for a new vanity/sink I bought to rennovate a bathroom. However, in my case, it didn't drain well. I don't think it was the fault of the drain but the overall 'sluggishness' of my plumbing. If the drain opened perhaps another 1/8th of an inch, it would have been just perfect! I was surprised that this drain does not close, but as they were to be used in our boys' bathroom, and they never fill their sinks, it was not a big problem. The cover does screw off, so the drain could be stopped up with a flat piece of rubber or plastic. The drain has a very contemporary look."..."  Read more
