i have been running this thing non stop all winter to heat a basement. I just asked my husband if the electric bill went up at all and he said no. dog ate the humidifier before i connected so i don't know how that works but this is one great heater.

The heater is perfect. We have been using it for about 2 months and all is fine. The humidifier (secondary,and not very important to us) stopped working after about 6 weeks. We did clean it etc, but it is still out to lunch. Overall, the unit gets a B jk

This was great!

However the humidifier is not working. I need to look into it more, maybe I am doing something wrong, but it did works for the first few weeks. The heater does great as a supplemental heater and increases a the temp of a large room by at least 4 degrees.

So far unit seems to work as advertised. Especially like the humidifier feature. Like most of this type room heaters, the savings comes from heating the room your in while lowering the temperature in the remainder of the house, but it does a good job for its intended use.

Unit arrived in good condition and when promised.

Could not heat a 300 square foot room. It ran non stop without any temperature change. Thermostat would say 76 degrees when it was 68 degrees. Auto mode would lock up and not come on when the room would get cold. Bought another brand for less money that puts out twice the heat. The other brand heats the whole downstairs to set temperature in less than a half hour, then shuts off until room cools off, then comes on automatically for a few minutes at a time.
