My husband purchased this product for me a few years ago and when visiting a friend I noticed she was using the two pot double boiler. I decided to give her an updated version for Christmas. Couldnt find it in the local stores, so was pleased to find it at Wayfair and have it shipped to Canada. No problems...took two weeks though having to go through customs and Christmas rush. She just loves it. I think shes used it more than me now. Oh, yes...coconut cream pies are soooo smooth and dont be deceived this little boiler holds alot. Watch the amount of water you pour into the handle otherwise it will spit, and use rubber spatula or you will mark your boiler. Ive had wonderful results."..." Read more
