Dolls

I recently became interested in "reborn" dolls and was looking for a smaller doll to work on, that would be as realistic as I could find at a reasonable price. This is the doll - she is perfect and every little baby crease and wrinkle is there. The soles of her tiny feet are amazingly realistic. And, to add to the realism factor, I also stumbled upon preemie baby clothes, at a retail store nearby, that were on sale at a super price. The baby clothing fit her to a tee. Much nicer than doll clothing, especially when it is cheaply made and costs more than I paid for the real clothing. Overall, she is lovely just as is -- slightly weighted and beautifully made. I ordered this doll for my three year old who loves it! The doll is almost life like. She weighs approx 5 lbs and can fit into newborn 5-8lbs clothing. Her body is soft so there is no hard plastic making the doll stiff. The only part of this doll that could be improved is her hair. Other than that the doll is perfect."..."  Read more

I absolutely love the beautiful newborn face B. She is so adorable and so life-like. I got to fool some of my family members by posting pics of her on facebook...lol I wish I can get her in a real life 21" version weighing more of course. Bought this for my 4 week old grandaughter, our first girl after 6 grandsons! The doll will be put away for a couple of years. I plan on making some doll clothes. The doll is so life like!"
