We purchased this doll house for my 3 year old daughter for Christmas. She wanted a Dora the Explorer doll house that cost [$] and didn't come with hardly any furniture or characters. We decided to purchase a real doll house that she would be able to play with for many years, using whichever characters she was interested in at the time. I had no problems with the ordering/delivery process. When my husband opened the boxes and saw all the pieces, he thought it would take him an entire day to assemble. It only took him a few hours, and he commented that the directions were very clear and everything went together easily. I like the fact that it is big enough for multiple children to play with. It also comes with enough furniture to fill the house. My daughter and my son (5) both enjoy playing with it, and I really think it will get used until they reach their tween years. The only imperfection I have found is that the elevator does not move as smoothly as I would like. It is still functional; it just sticks from time to time. My daughter's toys rarely hold her interest, but this doll house was a huge hit! It came unassbled and took about 2 hours to assemble. The instructions were good as long as you also watch the picture on the box as well. The house seems sturdy and I believe it will last a long time. This house has an elevator which I was looking for. It adds interest and a fun activity to the house. My daughter loved to have her dolls ride up the elevator. The house comes furnished very well, but you can add some of your own furniture of you like. The chanalier in the house is held up with Velcro and quickly the Velcro detached from the wood, but that's really my only complaint. I plan to find a better way to attach it myself."..."  Read more

I bought this doll house for my 3 year old daughter for her birthday. Order arrived very fast.Our Daddy doesn't like to follow instructions, so I decided to put in together myself. It was very easy and directions are clear. Since we gave it to her she is playing with it and always calls us to play with her. It is a beautiful doll house, it was much larger then I thought. I'm 5'4" and top of the roof of this house is one inch below my collar bone. Furniture is made out of wood and it's very cute. House will fit Barbie no problem, but we use smaller dolls than barbies, but that is just our preference. My daughter moved in all her dolls and little animals the first day she got her house. I am giving the dollhouse to my 7 year old daughter for Christmas. The dollhouse had everything I wanted in the interior and in the exterior and it was also the most affordable one that I found. It is sturdy, and large in size. It came with instructions that made it very easy to assemble.
