The dollhouse is cute. The price is not expensive compare for the look and the price of it. The construction is a bit confusing and took me to read about 3 times before I can figure it out. I have to use knife cut the pieces of wood again and sand them before paint and then put them together in order. If you plan to make it, don't forget to it step by step. If any pieces of the wood fall out before it step, write down the number and what it is on it. the wood is a bit thin. I have to be careful to pull it out slow and make sure the edge is not break. I am only about 3/4 of the way done with the assembly so far, but the house is coming together beautifully. VERY easy instructions to follow. Wood is in pretty good condition, I do have to sand every piece, but that's to be expected. I have only had to use a very small amount of wood filler. I would highly recommend this dollhouse. Has been a fun project and I'm sure all the effort will be paid off on my daughter's birthday when I give it to her."..."  Read more
