New England winter + dogs who love to play outside=Serious winter gear. It's hard to find a coat that actually covers their bodies. This coat went on my new little guy fairly easily and the single line of velcro down his back makes it easy to seal him into it. It even has a neat little clip to hold the coat in place while getting his back legs in! This will keep him really warm and equally important, it keeps the snow from forming big clumps in his fur and making it hard to clean him up each time he comes back inside. Sizing: my guy is just under 18" from neck to base of his tail. He's a little terrier mix, about 25 lbs. The 18" size fits him well, with a little bit of room to grow (he may have a bit more growing ahead). The sleeves were about right, but can be rolled if necessary."..." Read more

it's a great jacket. we live in wisconsin, and winter walks are far less frequent because of the colder weather. we were looking for something to put on our 40lb dog (purchased M) that would allow more walks with the cold/snowy/wet elements. we used it for the first time this week on a walk during a heavy, weight snow. definitely did the job we were looking for. kept her body dry and warm. it slides back on her a little bit, exposing more of her neck and shoulders than i liked, but she's only 10 months with some weight to gain yet. once she fills out more i think it will correct this. otherwise it's easy to put on her, and has a slit in the back to hook your leash to the collar. we actually use an easy walker harness, and it works well since the chest cover hangs a little lower. i like the jacket and would definitely by another if i needed."..."
