My dog loves this bowl! She was a little nervous at first to eat out of it, but she got over it quickly and loves having a bowl that's all hers! I got the slow feeder because she likes to scatter food all over the floor and then eat it that way, now she is content to leave the food in the bowl! This stand is a great height for my beagle and accepts bowls that have the slant to protect her ears. I love the stands wired shape that makes it look pretty and is very functional. I really like that I can carry both bowls on the stand (when I want to relocate them) or take them out separately for refilling.
